Welcome to ph365. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ph365 platform, including all sportsbook, live casino, slot gaming, virtual sports, and ancillary services made available through https://ph365.casa (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ph365 and its affiliated entities (collectively referred to as "ph365", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including players who access ph365 from within Malaysia or from any other jurisdiction in which ph365 services are accessible. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the ph365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph365 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will close any account found to belong to a person under 21, with any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of ph365 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order on the ph365 Platform or any related platform operated by ph365's affiliates.
• You must not have had a previous ph365 account terminated due to fraud, rule violations, or breach of these Terms.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the ph365 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. ph365 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend your account pending verification if discrepancies are identified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account. ph365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ph365 Support immediately. ph365 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

In the event that ph365 detects multiple accounts registered to the same residential address, the same IP address, or the same payment method, ph365 reserves the right to investigate and, where appropriate, consolidate or close duplicate accounts and withhold associated bonuses.

ph365 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered Players. Completion of KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal request.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — acceptable documents include a Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Unifi), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, with your name and address clearly visible.
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding the submitted identity document, with both face and document clearly visible and unobscured.
• Where applicable, documentation confirming the source of funds used for deposits exceeding applicable thresholds.

ph365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending satisfactory verification.

ph365 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (MYR 50) per transaction unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits below the stated minimum will be rejected or returned to the originating payment source.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• ph365 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds checks for withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds.

Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically within 30 minutes; bank transfers via FPX/DuitNow — 1–3 business hours; USDT TRC20 — 15–60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation. These are indicative figures only and may vary due to payment provider processing delays.

ph365 maintains strict compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and associated funds will be frozen pending investigation. Players must not use the ph365 Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling.

All bets and wagers placed on the ph365 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, casino game, or virtual market. These rules are published within the relevant product section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the Platform system. ph365 will not reverse a confirmed bet solely on the grounds of a Player's change of mind.
• ph365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event in which the outcome was, or could reasonably be suspected to have been, subject to manipulation, corruption, or misrepresentation.
• In the event of a technical fault or display error resulting in incorrect odds being published, ph365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time prior to settlement at ph365's discretion, including as a result of match incidents, team news, or data feed disruptions.
• All casino games on the ph365 Platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Outcomes are generated randomly and are not influenced by previous results.
• ph365 does not accept bets from Players who have direct knowledge of non-public information that could affect the outcome of any event.

ph365 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the following general provisions:

• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Account as non-withdrawable funds and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• ph365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability to Players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph365 Platform. ph365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account engaged in any of the following, and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation:

• Registering as a Prohibited Person, including minors under 21 years of age or persons subject to self-exclusion.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using third-party identity details.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or conduct any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to fix outcomes, share betting strategies in a coordinated manner, or artificially manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Abusing customer support staff through threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or any other personal information provided to ph365.

All content on the ph365 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of ph365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ph365.

The ph365 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks of ph365. Unauthorised use of ph365 trademarks in any context is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph365 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or market data published on the Platform.
• Any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond ph365's reasonable control, including acts of God, network failures, payment provider outages, or regulatory actions.

ph365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account at any time through Account Settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum permitted loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert Players when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the Player's net gambling result during a session.

ph365 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all gambling activities on the Platform. If you believe a minor has gained access to the Platform using your account, contact ph365 Support immediately.

ph365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain KYC verification requirements.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or connection to criminal activity.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Engagement in any form of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or system exploitation.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Player's bank or payment provider.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ph365 Support. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ph365 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved in accordance with the following process:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Players must first contact ph365 Support and provide full details of the dispute. ph365 will endeavour to resolve complaints informally within 10 business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved, Players may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to ph365 via the contact details in Section 16. ph365 will issue a final written response within 28 days.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: If the formal complaint process does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated under ph365's applicable gaming licence, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.

ph365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph365 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is set out at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
